5. Boilerplate Content

Boilerplate adalah teks standar yang bisa di-reuse. Disimpan di folder 10-Boilerplates/.

Skenario 2: Mulai Deal Baru — Setup Folder

Situasi: Ada lead baru yang qualified, perlu setup workspace untuk deal.

Langkah:

  2. Create deal folder di Google Drive sesuai struktur standar
  3. Copy template yang relevan ke folder deal (Discovery Questionnaire, Estimation Sheet)
  4. Rename files sesuai naming convention
  5. Share folder dengan tim yang terlibat
  6. Start discovery preparation menggunakan template

Skenario 3: Template Outdated — Perlu Update

Situasi: Saat menggunakan Proposal template, menemukan informasi yang sudah tidak akurat.

Langkah:

  1. Jangan edit master template langsung
  2. Report ke Presales Lead dengan detail apa yang perlu diupdate
  3. Presales Lead review dan approve perubahan
  4. Update master template
  5. Notify tim via Slack/email bahwa template sudah diupdate
  6. Log update di Template Change Log

Skenario 4: Butuh Template yang Belum Ada

Situasi: Ada kebutuhan dokumen yang belum ada template-nya.

Langkah:

  1. Cek dulu apakah benar belum ada (search di Drive dan Wiki)
  2. Jika benar belum ada, buat draft dari deal yang sedang berjalan
  3. Setelah deal selesai, generalize draft menjadi template
  4. Review dengan Presales Lead
  5. Tambahkan ke folder template yang sesuai
  6. Update halaman ini di Wiki
